Three cheers for the red, white, and blue!
Hello and happy July!
We absolutely love the fourth of July! Every year we buy shirts and paint our nails, we decorate as much as possible in red, white, and blue! We make jello- raspberry, blue raspberry, and whipped cream. White chocolate-dipped strawberries, covered in blue sprinkles. I make a delicious watermelon and blueberry salad with fresh mint. We are heavily invested in the Fourth of July!
In July 2019 we spent the evening with friends watching the fireworks at Disneyland. We thought we'd never see a show better than one Disney put on! Then we moved to the beach!

This year wasn't much different than the previous years except we had more parties to attend! We visited with some friends from high school and made fancy drinks and delicious pasta. We ate way too many jalapeno poppers! 😆
But on the Fourth of July, we just hung out. We enjoyed the day with our neighbors, played board games, ate all kinds of deliciousness, and ended the evening with fireworks on a friend's roof deck, and enjoyed a 360-degree firework show! All in all, it was a fantastic weekend! We're already looking forward to next year's celebration!
